Vibe to Product Program Terms

These program terms supplement the getClear Digital site terms and apply to the Vibe to Product Founding Guided Program.

Program and payment

The program costs $497 USD as a one-time payment or three monthly payments of $179 USD, plus applicable taxes calculated at checkout. The payment plan ends automatically after the third payment. Your place is confirmed after successful payment. The founding cohort is limited in size because it includes private calls and direct implementation support.

Founding-release delivery

This is a guided founding release, not a completed on-demand video library. Materials and recorded lessons are released as they are created. You receive lifetime access to the completed Vibe to Product course and future course updates, subject to reasonable platform and format changes.

Calls and support

The program includes one 60-minute kickoff call, three 30-minute progress or implementation calls, and up to 12 weeks of private implementation support. The kickoff call is for assessment, fit, understanding what you want to build, identifying the fastest path forward, explaining how Michael will help, and answering initial questions. Implementation support begins after the three-day post-kickoff refund window. The response target is within two business days; it is a service target, not a guaranteed response time.

Support may include implementation guidance, architecture feedback, light debugging, troubleshooting, and help choosing next steps. It does not include custom feature development, unlimited development work, full codebase audits, emergency support, or support after the 12-week period. Calls are subject to the booking and rescheduling rules shown by the booking provider.

Participation and outcomes

You are responsible for your own implementation, product decisions, accounts, software costs, data, security, testing, and compliance. The program provides education and guidance; it does not guarantee that a particular product will launch within 30 days, meet enterprise requirements, earn revenue, or achieve any specific business outcome.

Refunds

Meet with Michael 1-on-1 for your kickoff call. You will assess where you are, what you want to build, and the fastest path forward. If it does not feel like the right fit, you may request a full refund for any reason within three calendar days after the call. After the three-day post-kickoff refund window, the program becomes non-refundable and implementation support begins. If you request a refund during the guarantee window on the three-payment plan, any payments already collected will be refunded and all remaining installments will be cancelled. This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.

Community conduct and access

Keep other members’ projects, code, business information, and discussions confidential. Do not share private course materials or access credentials. getClear Digital may remove access for harassment, unlawful activity, deliberate security abuse, or material infringement of other members’ rights. When practical, a reasonable opportunity to correct ordinary conduct issues will be provided first.

Third-party tools

The program may demonstrate third-party AI, development, hosting, payment, and communication tools. Tool availability, features, pricing, and terms can change. You are responsible for reviewing and accepting the terms of services you choose to use.
