A clearer way forward
Running ads is the cheapest and easiest part of lead generation. It's also the part everyone sells, which is why most of the money gets wasted somewhere else.
A campaign is one link in a chain. There's an offer — the actual reason a stranger should contact you rather than one of your competitors. There's the page they land on, which has maybe eight seconds to make that offer obvious. There's tracking, which decides whether you ever find out which half of the budget worked. And there's what happens after the form submits, which is where most enquiries quietly die.
Break any one link and the spend is wasted, but the diagnosis usually blames the wrong one. Cost per lead looks bad, so the targeting gets adjusted, when the real problem is that leads sat in an inbox for two days. Or the ads produce plenty of enquiries and they're all tyre-kickers, because the offer never filtered anyone out.
We'd rather build the chain than rent you a piece of it. That means the landing experience, the tracking and the follow-up are in scope alongside the campaign, and they're usually the parts that move the number. The ads themselves are relatively mechanical once everything they feed actually works.
It also means we'll sometimes tell you not to run ads yet. If enquiries currently take a day to get a reply, paid traffic will make that worse and more expensive. Fix the response first and the same budget goes further.

How the work moves
Work out the offer
What are you actually offering, to whom, and why would they choose it over the alternative. If this is vague, no amount of targeting rescues it.
Build the landing experience
A page built for the campaign, not your homepage. One offer, one action, enough proof to be believable.
Wire up tracking
Conversion tracking, call tracking where it applies, and a clear line from spend to enquiry to booked work. Without this you're guessing.
Connect the follow-up
Where leads land, who gets notified, what happens automatically and how fast. Speed of first response does more for conversion than most targeting changes.
Launch, then read the data
Campaigns start deliberately small. We adjust based on what converts into work, not what generates the cheapest clicks.
Who this is for
This suits businesses that can handle more work and know roughly what a customer is worth to them.
Particularly if:
- You've run ads before and couldn't tell whether they worked
- Enquiries come in but conversion to booked work is poor
- You're relying on referrals and want a second channel that doesn't depend on luck
- Nobody currently owns what happens in the first hour after a form submission
Who this is not for
Not a fit if:
- You can't take on more work right now. Generating demand you can't service is an expensive way to damage your reputation.
- You want the cheapest possible cost per lead as the goal. We optimise for booked work, which sometimes means paying more per enquiry.
- You need results this week. Tracking needs data before decisions mean anything.
- You want ads managed in isolation and the rest left alone. That's the arrangement that usually fails, and we'd rather not take it on.
Questions before we start
Before you spend anything on ads
Tell us what happens today when an enquiry arrives — who sees it, how fast, and what they do with it. That answer usually determines whether advertising is the right next move or whether something cheaper would help more.
