getClear Digital Conversational Messaging is a low-volume, one-to-one conversational messaging program. It covers responses to inquiries, consultation scheduling, proposals, service and project updates, and customer support. It is not used for cold outreach, purchased lists, or third-party marketing.

Consent applies only to this conversational messaging program, is not transferable, and may be withdrawn at any time.

How customers opt in

Customers may opt in by initiating a text conversation using getClear Digital's published business texting number once available, or by expressly requesting SMS communication during a consultation or existing customer-service interaction.

When a customer requests SMS communication during a consultation or customer-service interaction, staff present the disclosure below and record the customer's consent in runClear before initiating an outbound SMS conversation.
